In order to provide you with better customer service overall, we have done a major overhaul on how we handle support. Part of that overhaul is implementing this help desk which gives you the ability to keep constantly updated on where your requests stand. Over the coming weeks we will be linking this help desk to your PM2 site giving you the ability to submit a ticket directly from there. We'll also be adding a chat functionality where you can chat directly with a support person during our office hours. In the meantime, please feel free to explore the forums here.
